Don’s expertise resides in his ability to understand the strategic nature of business issues within an industry, then apply that knowledge through the use of technology and advanced statistical and optimization techniques to generate actionable business solutions.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Don has been associated with such well-respected companies and organizations as Federal-Mogul, Warner Lambert, Automatic Data Processing and Department of the Defense. In 1995, Don founded A.I.M. Marketing, a database marketing consultancy which was acquired by Yankelovich, Inc. in 1998.

With a BSE in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from University of Michigan, Don can be heard chanting “Go Blue” to any passerby wearing a Michigan sweatshirt.

Andrea’s strengths include combining advanced analytical techniques with a strong business understanding enabling her to analyze complex situations. Andrea’s focus is the delivery of valuable insights through data mining, predictive modeling and segmentation development.

Andrea joined Don in 1997 at A.I.M. Marketing as a Consultant and they have been working together for the past 6 years. After the acquisition of A.I.M. Marketing by Yankelovich, Inc., Andrea and Don worked together to launch MONITOR MindBase, a segmentation that is based on a deep understanding of consumer attitudes and motivations.

A Fighting Blue Hen, Andrea graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Engineering.
